1. When the air shower is used for a period of time, if the wind speed is very low, immediately check whether the filter in the air shower room is excessively dusty, such as a new filter. Usually it is necessary to exchange once in 1-6 months, and the high efficiency filter is usually exchanged once every 6-12 months.

2. If the air shower occurs not automatically sensing air shower, the lower right corner of the box to check the air shower optical sensing system, an optical sensing device can see the correct device.

If the emergency stop button is red, it means that the air shower will not blow, just press the emergency stop button from the head to work normally.

3. When the air shower room is not working, first check whether the emergency switch of the outer box of the inferior lavage door can be blocked. If it is blocked, press it with your hand and turn it to the right to release the hand.

4. The air shower fan reverses or the wind shower wind speed is very small. It is necessary to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire line can be reversed. If the line source of the air shower chamber is reversed, the lighter will cause the air shower chamber fan to not work or the reverse air shower chamber wind speed to decrease, and the heavy one will burn off the circuit board of the entire air shower chamber.

Nine maintenance

1. Regularly use the instrument to measure various technical indicators of the equipment. If it does not meet the requirements of technical parameters, it should be dealt with in time.

2. According to the actual use, regularly remove the filter material from the primary air filter .

3. When it is found that the wind speed becomes small, first check whether the surface of the primary air filter is black. If it is black, it means that the pre-filter has more dust and the resistance is increased, that is, the non-woven in the primary air filter should be removed. The cloth is cleaned or replaced.

4. When the non-woven fabric is exchanged or cleaned, the wind speed cannot be increased, indicating that the high-efficiency air filter has been blocked, causing the resistance to increase, and the high-efficiency air filter should be replaced.

5. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, the ball-splashing plate must be removed, the high-efficiency filter should be taken out, and the new high-efficiency air filter should be replaced according to the specifications of the original high-efficiency filter. The arrow mark on the high efficiency filter should be confirmed during installation and the arrow should point in the direction of the air flow. And ensure a good seal to prevent leakage.

6. After the high-efficiency filter is replaced, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage in the frame, and use the dust particle counter to detect it, and then normal work can be performed after reaching the technical index.

7. Regularly check and repair the electrical circuit. If there is any fault, refer to the electrical schematic diagram for maintenance.

8. Regularly enclose the door so that the electronic lock is aligned with its keyhole to prevent the lock pin from being stuck.

9, the use temperature must not exceed 50 ° C, and the use of open flame is strictly prohibited.
