Therefore, when you eat pineapple, you can first peel the skin, remove the peel, and then cut open and soak in salt water, so that you can reduce the pineapple enzyme allergy accident.

Second, make the taste more sweet

The pineapple is best soaked for about half an hour, not only to avoid allergic accidents, but also to break down a portion of the pineapple's organic acids in salt water, making the pineapple taste sweeter. In addition, pineapple also contains oxalic acid, will affect the body's absorption of calcium and iron, soaking with salt will neutralize its acidity, reduce the possible harm to the body.
